For owners who have a primary residence, we instruct on how to file a homestead exemption, as well as negotiating for a fair market value regardless of what the assessed value is. Doing so will help those with a homestead exemption save taxes in future years, since the appraised value will rise each year until it reaches the market value. Due to this structure, our fee is based on the reduction in the market value of the property.
